Return Policy

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their item.
To exercise this right, customers must notify us of their decision to cancel within 14 days of receipt.
Once a cancellation has been communicated, customers have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
If we do not hold valid bank details for you, we may contact you to request the necessary information to process your refund.
Any bank details provided must be in the same name as the original order and/or payment method. Refunds will only be made to an account in the same name as the purchaser.
We will refund the full purchase price of the item and the cost of standard delivery. If a customer selected a delivery option more expensive than standard delivery, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded.
No fees will be deducted from the refund unless the item has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
